We invite all community members to come along and yarn with us about sleep health and obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA).

OSA is a common condition that affects breathing during sleep and can have a big impact on energy, mood, health and well-being. Many people live with OSA without knowing it. This roadshow is a chance to learn more, share stories, and talk about OSA in a relaxed, culturally safe space.

What’s happening on the day?

Come along to:

  • Learn more about OSA, including:
    • signs and symptoms
    • Impact on your health and well-being
    • Clinical care pathways

Who is this for?

  • Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community members
  • People with lived experience of OSA
  • Carers and family members
  • Anyone interested in learning more about sleep health

Everyone is welcome.
