We invite all community members to come along and yarn with us about sleep health and obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA).
OSA is a common condition that affects breathing during sleep and can have a big impact on energy, mood, health and well-being. Many people live with OSA without knowing it. This roadshow is a chance to learn more, share stories, and talk about OSA in a relaxed, culturally safe space.
