Research Training: Sleep Health & Behavioural Change Seminar with Dr Rebecca Robbins
Let’s Yarn About Sleep hosted an engaging seminar exploring effective behavioural interventions to improve sleep health and mental health. The session highlighted the strong bidirectional relationship between sleep and mental wellbeing, emphasising the importance of tailored behavioural approaches across diverse communities.
We were privileged to welcome Dr Rebecca Robbins, Assistant Professor in Medicine at Harvard Medical School and Associate Scientist at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, as our keynote presenter. Dr Robbins shared her extensive expertise in designing behavioural interventions that enhance sleep quality and support overall health. Participants gained valuable insights into key levers of behavioural change and practical strategies that can be adapted for different populations to promote better sleep and mental health outcomes.
